How long does shipping take?
All orders are fulfilled the next business day. Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 3–5 business days within New Zealand. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way!
Are the bracelets handmade?
Yes! Every bracelet is lovingly handmade by us here in New Zealand. Each piece is carefully crafted and checked before being packaged and sent out to you. ♡
Do the bracelets come in different sizes?
Our bracelets are one size, measuring approximately 30cm (12 inches). They are designed to fit most wrists comfortably.
How do I care for my bracelet?
To keep your bracelet looking its best, we recommend keeping it away from water, perfume, and lotions. Store it in a jewellery box when not wearing it, and avoid wearing it during activities where it may be pulled or stretched.
