Change of mind
As our jewellery is handmade, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind after placing an order.
Damaged or faulty items
If your bracelet arrives damaged or has a fault, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We'll assess the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
Incorrect items
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
Please note
We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by improper use, including pulling, stretching, or wearing your bracelet during activities where it may become damaged.
